How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $20 ship FREE!
Orders under €20 will be shipped worldwide for $4.95.

How long will it take to get my order?

It takes 2-3 business days for us to design your Custom Sticker Sheet. Once shipped, you can expect delivery in 1-2 weeks if you’re from the United States or Europe. For all others orders, you can expect delivery in 3-4 weeks.

Please note that processing and delivery delays may occur due to the current global situation caused by COVID-19.

What if I don’t like my custom stickers?

That’s fine! Send us an email and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Will just my pet’s face be used for the sticker sheet?

Yes! We will draw a beautiful portrait of your pet’s face.

What makes a good photo?

1.) The photo is taken in a well lit area and your pet’s head is fully (!) visible.
2.) Close up. This will allow us to see and draw every detail of your pet’s face.
3.) Avoid overhead or blurry photos.

Will just my pet’s face be included?

Yes! So no need to worry about the background! :)

Can I see what my stickers looks like before shipment?

Unfortunately we do not have a system setup for this right now. However, if your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll reach out to you for a new one. So make sure to always check your emails for updates. We want you to love your Custimade Stickers!

Do you just do dogs?

Nope! Any living creature, we can do. But always make sure to provide a good quality photo. Don't be afraid to reach out for help!

Can I use the stickers outdoor?

Even though our stickers can be used outdoor, in most cases we suggest not to. Always keep your stickers away from high sun exposure, snow, water or dust to prevent damages.

Will the ink fade over time?

All our stickers are printed with high quality machines, which doesn’t mean that they’re invincible. Please reach out if you’re experiencing problems with the print quality! We’ll make sure everything is perfect.

Where are Custimade Stickers made?

We have facilities in the United States and Europe to make sure our customers get their orders in time.

How to use the stickers right?

You should always clean the surface before applying a sticker to prevent dust or bubbles underneath. Don't use stickers on rough, hot, cold, wet or dirty surfaces as this will reduce stickiness.
